"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Fontana house. The house was great. Very spacious and comfortable. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room to comfortably enjoy the house.The kitchen is large with a big island and large dining table truly embracing the heart of the house. "I was here for 4 nights. The home was very clean with everything you would need available in the kitchen. The bed is super comfortable. I did not need a washing machine or drier so that was not a problem. Something to consider if you needed to stay longer. I did not use the outdoor areas at all. Parking is easy however a little care needed when backing out onto the busy street. The noise from the main road and train was not as bad as I thought it might have been and did not bother me at all. "

"We were one of the first to rent this house and found it very clean and newly renovated. We had 4 people that each got their own bedroom and queen or king bed. The layout is great for having your own bedroom, but lots of open space to gather as well. The kitchen, DR & LR form a great room with access to a patio and nice little backyard. The best part was that Jing (owner) was very responsive to any requests that we had and was a delightfully cheerful host. "

It was also close to activities, we tubed. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and polite. The communication was easy and the owner was fast to respond. "

"Jeff was a great host, great communicator, accommodating, and very helpful. This home is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of secured parking and lots of space. Stayed for a music festival a little ways but it was worth the drive for what the home offered. Highly recommend!"

Convenient location if you are travelling around LA and Anaheim.The interior is dated and the photos don't show that one of the bedrooms is the front foyer just with a bed in it. The oven didn't work which was annoying after buying a bunch of food.Added plus of not being charged to heat the hot tub unlike most other properties in the area. "

"Love love love this cabin! Host is amazing and friendly and quick to respond. Property has an amazing view of the lake and a beautiful neighborhood to walk in. We traveled with our pet dogs and have never felt so welcome with the doggie spa basket and extras.! The s'more basket and popcorn was a wonderful surprise! The home is neat and clean and well taken care of complete with games for relaxing times and everything you can think of or need in the kitchen to prepare ameal at home if you like!...
