"The lady at check in was so great. She started us off perfectly. We were happy to be able to also see her at check out. We were lucky enough to get a newly remodeled room and it was beautiful. Really spacious with a giant TV. Unfortunately my daughter and her husband were not so lucky. There room was on a floor under construction and it was noisy and extremely dusty. The room itself was yucky and they had to call and have stained sheets changed. My advice, make sure you get a new room. Oh and...

"I don’t regret stayed on that hotel very clean, peaceful and quiet, I had more of what I was expecting. Overall, excellent place to stay. This will be from now on my favorite hotel! Very friendly housekeeping, and staff, free breakfast, everything was good, I love the kitchen, and next to the hotel is a casino:) , beds are very confortable, Exceptional!!! "

"We liked the friendliness of the staff, breakfast, tea and coffee availability throughout the day. When we made reservations, the parking fee was not mentioned, we found out about it at check in. I feel like this information should be disclosed on the reservation page. There are signs in the parking lot that nobody is responsible if your vehicle gets robbed….yet you pay parking fee…"

"So, they did not inform us that parking is no longer free. A $10 charged showed up after checking out, when I called to ask why that is when I was informed it was for parking. They hotel seems to be breaking down. Water spots and wholes in ceiling where water must have leaked in past. Pool and hot tub needs a desperate cleaning. Also day of check out I reached behind night stan to find plug to plug in lights and I pulled out clothing from past guest. So room obviously was not cleaned thoroughly...

"Mohammad at the front desk was a great help, I really appreciate his accommodation for me and his great customer service skills. My boyfriend and I get rooms often to have alone time away from the kids and we both can’t believe we didn’t find this location sooner. We will definitely stay again "
