"This place was so clean and absolutely beautiful!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming too. We stayed overnight after attending a concert (KEM) in Wheatland at the Hard Rock Cafe but this place was so awesome I just want to come and stay. just for some "*me" time. I will be back and I am telling everyone I know about you!"

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. However shortly after checking in our toilet overflowed. the water flooded the bathroom, ran out into the room and soaked into the rug in the living area. One of the employees brought up a bunch of towels and soaked up the water, but the toilet did not flush the rest of our stay. We were told normally we would have been put in another room but they were fully booked. The sofa sleeper also had no sheets, blankets, or pillows. when I brought this up to the manager, he said he couldn’t adjust the room cost since we had used expedia but offered us some drinks. We paid extra for what we felt would be a quality room. We would have been money and comfort ahead to have booked a lesser rated hotel room. Very disappointed no action was taken to compensate for a very poor stay."
