"Cute place, pics make it look nicer than it was but it was clean and spacious. Gated entrance and exit which made it feel safer since the room entrances are on the outside. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, however, it is located in the mansion. Staff was super friendly. "

"the elevators where pretty slow so we used the stairs often. which was really the only down side. the place was super quiet, staff was friendly. and the convince of being able to walk to food places as well as a grocery store right across the street. I also didn't like that I was not able to use my husband card to pay for the room since the reservation was in my name even tho he was standing right next to me. and I stated that it was for 2 adult and 1 child. "

"Everything was perfect"

"Since the last review I gave. The staff has improved. I have been service like I had expected. Floors are being vacuum and trash is being taken out. I’m not sure on the changing bed sheets. I believe it’s every 3 days. If that’s true i haven’t received that. If I need anything property manager, Oma has told me to contact her personally and she will take care of it"

"the tv did not work and they did come to try and fix but did not work so we had to change rooms, if i had not turned on the tv and they checked it when we left, Would I have been charged for that? I didnt like that at all....."

"Beds to hard"

"Very clean. Carson is very nice. Check in was easy. I am used to receiving a bottle of water on check-in. Also, i have one suggestion. All tubs should have at least one grab bar for safety."
