"We stayed for a weekend event happening at the hotel. The lobby area was cold even when the doors were not opening to the outside. The second floor balcony overlooking the lobby was more comfortable. The public restrooms were often low on supplies. The room’s thermostat was adjustable, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel’s information said breakfast - complimentary with the room - was offered from 7-10 am but when morning came, no breakfast was offered by the hotel....
