"Bella casa, si vede che sono stati realizzati dei bei lavori interni. La sig.ra Francesca è stata molto gentile. Ottima location per raggiungere Lerici e La Spezia. Andrebbero però eseguite delle (necessarie) manutenzioni ordinarie sia ad alcune porte che al giardino; per il resto nulla da eccepire. "

"Alberico's house is simply enchanting and so is the hamlet of Ponzanello. You really feel like you're stepping back in time (except you have access to all the modern amenities which is great)! The location is perfect if you have a car, about a hour drive to Cinque Terre, plenty of vineyards and other medieval villages to visit in the surroundings."
