"My husband and I spend a month every winter on the island of Eleuthera and always stay in the rainbow bay area. This year we chose Sugar Apple.and absolutely loved it. The house is lovely and super comfortable... the views of the Atlantic are breathtaking, especially while relaxing by the pool. There are so many beaches and places to visit in the area. The location was perfect for awesome sightseeing and then to come home after exploring all day......make dinner and watch the cruise ships passing by while sitting on the deck, was a awesome way to end your day. Josette and Danelo are very helpful, kind people and attentive host's. We highly recommend!! "

"A coworker and I stayed at Daddy Joe’s on a work trip. We had a really good experience and would recommend it. The building is old but updated. Rooms are really nice with WiFi, streaming tvs, good air conditioning, refrigerators, and other amenities. Bed was comfortable and water was hot. The restaurant has excellent food and good prices. Breakfast is available, but you have to order the previous day. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are expecting a stereotypical beach resort, this isn’t it. It’s a relatively small facility with no pool. There is access to a beautiful beach a short (1/4 mile) walk or drive across the street. I’ve had longer walks to the beach at large resorts. Daddy Joe’s is about a mile from the glass window bridge and even closer to the Queen’s Baths, but I’d recommend a rental car to see the island and explore. This is a great place to get away and relax. "

"We had a super time, despite the weather being a little chilly. House was comfortable with nice deck and great view and very quiet. Were games, chairs and snorkeling gear. Not much of a yard for kids to run around if you have them, though we did not see many yards available. Beaches we saw were stunning. Definitely need a car with 4 wheel drive and with decent clearance. Some of beaches are hard to get to. Recommend you stock up on groceries near airport in North before heading south. Do not recommend driving at night, very hard to see, no lines on roads, gps a must. "

"What a gem ! We loved our stay. The staff was welcoming and warm. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful ocean view. The pool is wonderful and so are the work out facilities and pickleball courts. Of course the best part is the wonderful beach. Softest sand and flat enough to walk for miles each day. We loved our stay and will be back ! "
