"The staff were very helpful, especially as our train was delayed and they made sure someone was there to check us in. The room was basic and dated but clean and tidy. We were only there for one night so didn't get to use the kitchen as we wanted to get out and about to experience the area."

"The place is in a great location near the subway. Alot of stores and restaurants. This not a place for travelers it is better long term. However, it is not easy to get in, the smell of cigarettes, and old food. Needs a deep cleaning because there are roaches. Need to mindful of basics keeping toliet paper and better to keep sheets on the bed."

"Stayed here with 2 other people, it’s small but the location is unmatched for the price, bathrooms and showers are shared but never was a problem for us. Some hidden fees upon arrival but nothing major. Very nice staff would stay here again!"

"This place was a real find. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms great. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. It’s away from the busy areas of town, but very convenient for Statue of Liberty, World Trade Centre and Brooklyn Bridge. The ability to cook and eat in the apartment was also great. "
