"The property is a remodeled older home. It is located on the far end of Claytor Lake. The property is situated on a hillside with a fairly steep slope. The house is around 1500 sq feet with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen a separate dining room and a large family room with fireplace. "I was lucky to find this gem when my parents decided to join us for our daughter’s graduation from VT. This was a wonderful home, it is new and well appointed. Our party found the home very comfortable and it met all our needs for our celebration. It was easily accessible to VT with a fair price point.
