"The location was pretty nice, being central to the Bury St. Edmunds town center. The location of the room was very difficult to find because the navigation apps we used put us far away from the actual room. We luckily found a mailman who took us to the right location. Other than that, the room was alright and comfortable enough. I’m not too sure it was entirely worth the cost, but it was alright. I’ll say 7/10."

"What an amazing little find this hotel is. Right in the centre of Bury, 10 minute walk if that to the shops, market, pubs and restaurants. Earlier check in than most hotels of 1pm, but they were happy if we got there earlier for us to leave our car in their car park so we could go about our day. Our room was clean, tidy and functional, nice shower, comfy bed and nice selection of drinks available in the room. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast the next morning was lovely....

The location of the hotel was perfect in the centre of Bury St Edmunds with the addition of free parking. The breakfast was good and the portions excellent. "Comfortable stay once the heating kicked in. The hotel was booked in the premise that on Hotels.com showed that it had access to gym facilities. Upon arrival, it was explained this was not the case. "It was a nice stay. I had a long term stay that was over 30 days. I had the double room, and i felt like it was cramped due to the ceilings. I had to constantly be stooping over or craining my neck in the room. I wouldn't rebook this room for a stay longer than a week. The owner was great and very nice."
