"We stayed in this beautiful villa for days- it was peaceful and perfect for a group. We were on iur 30th wedding anniversary trip which included a few weeks in Italy. This villa worked for our large group of family and friends. Nicola was informative and kept in contact with us making sure our stay was good. We took advantage of Lorenzo and his wine tour and dinner services- it was an amazing experience."

"We loved our stay at this authentic farmhouse ! The family was very , very warm and welcoming and attentive to our needs / questions. If you don’t have a car ( we didn’t ) you need transport and we had a driver / tour one day . We loved the home cooked meals by Barbara and the pre- stocked groceries. It is quite bare bones - don’t expect any paper towels , any extras at all , not even those you might expect past guests have left . There is literally nothing provided so you must purchase ....

"La Rustica is a large, quaint. comfortable villa, wirh a large fenced garden and an above ground pool ( not heated). It has many large rooms with antique decoration. Very characterfull.Comfortable beds with A/C in bed rooms. Lovely covered outdoor seating area where we spent most of our time. But the highlight was Maurizio!! What a gentleman. He made our holiday special and unforgetable. Thank you Maurizio"

"We have loved our stay here. The property was perfect for us. The owners were brilliant, especially Marco who booked restaurants and horse riding for us. The pool with views is amazing and we spent the majority of our stay here. The location is good-close to Florence, Arezzo, Poppi. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Villa Il Forte is the most incredible setting. It is an incredible historic and luxurious home while being comfortable, spacious and accommodating. Many different spaces to relax, connect and play. Paolo’s team were absolutely amazing. The chef Thomas is so talented while also being wonderfully personable and fun. The driver Fabrizio was so generous and thoughtful. His guides were knowledgeable and friendly. I have already booked it for next year! I can’t wait to go back! "

"Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away. "

"In dem schönen Ferienhaus hat man seine Ruhe, da es etwas abgelegen liegt. Der einzige direkte Nachbar ist die Vermieterin. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit tollem Pool. Von hier hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist super. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt."

"Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Es war Erholung pur. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem wundervollen Garten. Alles grünt und blüht. Der Pool ist einfach toll. Man kann auf den beiden Sonnenliegen prima entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. "Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"
