"Fantastic hotel. The location was great for exploring both the Muslim Quarter and the wider city. The room was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfy. The breakfast and evening food was a real bonus but a special mention goes to Anna who was lovely and helped us each day. "Hotel was alright to stay in for short stays. The airconditioning was controlled by staff at reception. As it went down to almost 7 to 9°C in the night, they turned off all airconditioning and required guests to all use another inlet which brings in air from outside. Superb idea, but wished it was conveyed to us beforehand. The first staff member was a tad rude by ignoring me when I told her it was stuffy on the 1st night. "Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China."

"You get what you pay for. If you're expecting a $100 room, reserve a $100 room, not a$30 room. The pin location is not accurate for google maps.. don't tell your taci driver to google it. The taxi cost me as much as the room. The lady lady that answered the phone was a little bit hard to understand with light english. But she tried hard to help and eventually the shuttle picked me up from where i was lost"

"Hotel location is very near to Hui Min Street with alot of nice Halal food, the City Wall, Bell/ Drum Tower and Metro station. The staffs are all very helpful especially Ms. Guo Ting and Ms. Liu Jia Lin who went the extra miles to help us navigating the food delivery and tickets service using the WeChat app. Even the chamber maid is very helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay there even if the hotel room seems a little old but overall we still enjoyed our stay there. "

"The W Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Xi'an. The room was spacious with an amazing design and a large balcony offering fantastic views. Everything was automated and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of service, from arrival to departure. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities, but when the staff learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a beautifully written card, fresh fruit, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful gift. I’ve never experienced such a personal touch at any other hotel!"

"Great location in the heart of city center right in back of a subway entrance. Staff are extremely friendly. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and free water and washer. Would definitely come back the next time I visit Xi'an!"

Amazing

" We really like our stay and highly recommend everyone to stay here if you are planning to visit Xian. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. The lobby was also very spacious and felt welcoming. Everywhere smelt clean and nice too. Location was also great for tourist. It was easy access to areas of interests, shopping and dining. We were happy that we could find halal (Qingzhen) restaurants around and they definitely were delicious! Service was outstanding too! Thank you to Stacey, Karen and everyone else! Everyone did their best to provide a service that deserves 5 stars! We received a handwritten card signed by all the staff to congratulate us on our wedding anniversary and the room was nicely decorated for us too. There were some surprises on the table as well. Our whole family was delighted! We would like to say thank you very much for making our stay here memorable and wish all of you success and happiness. Thank you very much again to the team in Wyndham Grand Xian Residence! "
