"We spent 2 nights at the Edgecumb Arms for a family reunion. The room was superb, with great views over the Tamar. It was very well appointed. The English breakfast was delicious and copious and the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Bonus point - we were able to able to bring our dog. Amazing walks in the Edgecumb park which is one minute away or alongside the river Tamara. This was our second stay and will happily stay again in the future. "

"If you are looking to stay in a traditional English Pub, this is the place. Cozy rooms with great washroom facilities. Very clean and comfortable beds. Rooms are equipped with electricity outlets, wifi and tv for those needing it. The pub itself is fantastic with a very well stocked bar. The restaurant serves home cooked meals with a great selection of local produce. From this location you are pretty central to either coast and Dartmoor itself. "A lovely place to stay. From the minute we walked in wa we was made to feel welcome. The room was very clean and had a very comfortable king-size bed a a fabulous walkin shower. The food was amazing and the home made crumpets are out of this world. "

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was very good. Top tip: sit on the green by the river with takeaway fish and chips and a drink. Lovely. The rooms are a little basic but fine. Location is quiet with lots of great walks around the area. Free parking next to the pub. "

"Tucked away in a quiet little corner of the bay I wasnt sure what to expect. The inn is lovely, clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, and couldnt have been more helpful. The food and drink on offer were delicious. The room was great, well appointed and perfectly clean and tidy. I will definitely return!"

"The Bugle Inn is the oldest building in the area. We had our evening meal in the bar, the food was lovely, good portions size, nicely presented. We had a good night's sleep, the beds were comfy, the shower was hot. We did find a cobweb. Breakfast was a full cornish and was lovely. "
