I’m already missing this beautiful city! I stayed here with 2 other family members. The hotel was beyond clean safe spot very close to nearby restaurants in a Uber of course. I loved the daily breakfast buffet. Room was clean with beautiful view I can’t wait to come back! Thank you staff you all were gracious!

Last night We asked for transportation service to go less than 5 km away from de hotel to get some medicine. They said they have some chance by 11 pm (nobody call me at hotel room). This morning again, we asked for help for transportation service to go the pharmacy, they said I have to wait by 8 pm. Anyways. Thanks for everything Casa Inn Queretaro

Staff needs better training
First they asked me to pay and I was so tired I forgot I had already paid, so i paid for the room. When we got to our room we found two men laying on the beds and had to turn around and go back down to reception. They they said, oh sorry our mistake, and it took them 20 minutes to get us a new room. Then the gal says oh I under charged you for the room so then i paid a couple hundred more pesos. The manager said he would discount our dinner at the restaurant there by 20% as compensation for our trouble. Then we got to our room ( without people ) , dropped bags, when we sat down to eat the same reception gal came and told me she charged me for a room already paid for and now had to reimburse me !

Un hotel muy bonito pero si le hace falta mantenimiento en el área de alberca, se ve medio viejita y siempre está fría el agua, el room service a la piscina puede ser eterno en la espera, algo más allá de lento.
