We thoroughly enjoyed our week here with our friends and walked up to the chateau, which was quite a steep climb but well worth it. A must is a meal at the restaurant called Le Petitie Tonnelle - and Andrea was the perfect hostess. We loved the food and the atmosphere so much we ate here twice! "The house is in a beautiful area of the Dordogne which we have explored many timed before. The location of the house is perfect with easy access to many of the top sights in the area but offering peace and privacy. Ewen was the perfect host, being on hand if we needed him, but also allowing us time to spend together as a family uninterrupted. "Great house , 5 mins walk from all facilities in Sarlat. Pool is a decent size for location of the house. Met all our needs for a week’s stay . If going back to Sarlat I would book again. One thing I would maybe change is the TV . The kids found it a little slow to get onto Netflix . It’s a minor issue though. Overall splendid place and perfect location. "
