"Great experience from start, parking lot feels small but accommodates more than 10 vehicles. - Easily found a parking spot when we came in. - During check in front desk was super nice and accommodating. - No breakfast but the coffee and hot water station is open 24/7. - Rooms felt dark but that is personal preference and superficial. It has good transportation and sure close to the LGA airport. would I stay here again maybe. it’s located in a Asian town where it’s run down and dirty outside and as travelers we didn’t know anything nor where to eat so we stayed in the manhattan for the majority of our stay for food and activities. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"My family is still traumatised by the fact that we had an intruder at 2am into our room...i am returning to NY but though i love Jamaica Ave I am staying in the city this time. The hotel is old, smelly and the staff has an excuse for everything that goes wrong. I think this motel is used to house homeless people. Do not stay here for your sanity. The lobby is noisy from 1am to 4am...cannot sleep"

"We had a fine night. Close to airport. Our only observation was that I booked the double queen suite for four people. One of us planned to sleep on the pull-out sofa. There were no spare sheets or blankets for the sofa. I had to call for linens and towels. There were only two places to sit, so I called for two chairs, but did not get them delivered."
