"I loved the location of our room. The sand fleas were horrific for me. I can’t use off …. I’m covered with bites. My husband doesn’t have any. The staff was amazing and the choice of restaurants inside the hotel were great. I was able to spend my birthday with a private chef and staff @ Sushi By Bau!!!!! Best birthday ever 💕"

"I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the late-night Restaurant and bar. The small bites we had at the swim up bar were great also. The drinks were good. Our room was clean with a nice view. I do wish there was a microwave in the room. I loved lounging by the pool and the fact that the beach was just steps away from the pool. Transportation to places always came quickly. "

"The pool is extremely gorgeous! There is an 15 min transportation from your bungalow towards the main pool area and free activities for kids and for adults !! I would recommend at least to visit one time ! It’s so relaxing :)"

"Great location and super friendly staff in the pool area and the front desk. The Solera restaurant was hit or miss for both the staff/service and the food. It was overpriced and the staff was slow even when they weren’t busy. But there are more than enough local restaurants within walking distance on Ashford to grab a bite, so after a poor experience at Solera on Day 1, we just ate elsewhere and it was great. The location of La Concha is excellent and extremely walkable, we’d definitely stay...

"Everything was good had a surprise of the nightly surcharge of 80 per night it was a hold until the stay is over. The resort fee is hideous no real discounts, lastly we woke up to ants but the hotel resolved it. Our overall stay was great we would stay again. Thanks "
