"The staff made the experience great! Everyone was welcoming and excelled at customer service. The hotel is located near many food options and shopping. The hotel design was lovely and intimate enough that allowed for social gatherings around the hotel that was relaxing and fun. The beach was beautiful and water was clear. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Puerto Rico. Above all the wonderful attributes at the hotel the friendliness of the staff made the experience...

"Great location. walked to many restaurants i wanted to visit. Check in was fantastic. Jorge called once i landed at the airport to find out if i needed help getting there. Everything was ready by the time i landed. "

"Overall it was a pretty good place, within walking distance of the event, restaurants and beaches. The place is clean and spacious. The only negative I have is there was no washer or dryer and the sink in the main hallway leaking. We had to put a bowl under to catch the water. Other than that, it was great."
