"Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. "We were on a girls trip with my 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters to celebrate a 16th birthday. The location was great and the property wonderful. The owner provided excellent instructions and information.The only thing I'd be concerned about is if stairs are an issue for you. Otherwise the property was very comfortable, clean, the grounds were beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay there."

"Gio the house manager was very professional and attentive. If we had a question or needed something done right away, he was on top of it. Definitely loved working with him and his team! The teenagers loved the turf soccer field and got a lot of use out of playing on it. Overall, it was a good experience."

"I was in Puerto Rico with family to take my moms ashes back to her hometown. The original place I had booked had a busted pipe so we had to move. The owner was prompt to respond, had unit cleaned, and we were able to access it sooner than expected. The house is in a great neighborhood not far from the beach or shopping. This place is great, the beds are all comfortable, The patio is a nice size has a ping pong table and there's a grill to BBQ on. The kitchen is a tad bit small but does not lack...

"This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....

"The set up of this condo for friends traveling together as couples was perfect. We had four bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. Lots of outdoor space as well. "Overall I was expecting a nicer location not so far back in the subdivision. The stairs were too steep and the kitchen lacked quality silverware, a blender, and toaster. The owner did replace the non-functioning toaster and supplied a blender and additional coffee. Accessing the keys and gate remotes was not an easy task, though the instructions were clear. Some doors did not close properly and the ceilings leaked water into the bedrooms. We did like the proximity to the beach and pool. ...
