"One of the nicest places I stayed during a week in PR. The second night there were other guests upstairs that were very loud. We had to leave for a flight at 2:30am and they were still partying upstairs. However, that was the only downside. There was a hairdryer, microwave, and fridge, and it was clean. The street parking was a bit crazy like everywhere else we stayed but there were always a few spots open when we got back. They also provided beach towels. Overall, the nicest place I stayed on...

"The house itself was very beautiful. The location was perfect. Close to everything. The only issue we had was the people who lived directly next door on both sides. One had a small dog that barked 90% of the time and it sounded like it was on our side with us. Their tv was loud and it felt like they used a blender all day every day lol. On the other side, they must of been drunk till 3AM and then immediately at 4 AM using power drills and working lol Had it not been for the neighbors who share...

"I visited San Juan to see my daughter and wife couldn’t make it so I didn’t “go fancy”. The unit was very clean and in a nice neighborhood with a baseball field across the street. Parking was no problem. The patio outside the unit was perfect for coffee and the top floor was great later eve to chat with my daughter. You get more than your moneys worth at “Black and White”. "

The owner provided excellent instructions and information.The only thing I'd be concerned about is if stairs are an issue for you. Otherwise the property was very comfortable, clean, the grounds were beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay there."
