"Hotel was situated in a quiet area but close enough to the beach,supermarket and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Buffet breakfast and evening meal . Breakfast was included and good value with something for everyone. Evening meal was €20 per person but again you could eat as much as you wanted . Note that they do charge for water in the evening. "The room ac was not working and they only fixed it a day before we were to leave. Compared to other hotels the cleaning was not the best. The breakfast buffet was really good and literally a minute away from the beach. Hotel staff were excellent "

"Great find and excellent value - great location for old town and strip. Hotel if definitely orientated towards Spanish holiday makers but that didn’t bother me as did not use bar and went room only. Staff were all pleasant and room was large, great bed and lovely pool view balcony - couldn’t really find fault with my stay . Would recommend and I’d stay again!!"

"Cool apartment hotel I liked it! I have long wanted to find something in the center of Alicante and something new not old. I spent the night here twice, once for work, the second time with my family! I liked everything. Clean, cozy, modern, everything smelled like spruce on New Year's Eve, there is a recreation area in the lobby where you can sit, drink coffee and meet your neighbors. "Excellent value for the price paid. Great staff who helped with my queries. Good sized room, which was spotless on arrival. A tip, currently the hotel have an initiative, where if you agree that your room does not require daily cleaning you can get your breakfast free for the "no clean" days. Both tram and train stations are within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The C6 airport bus drops off/picks up from the train station."

"The hotel is a small part of a big residential building, it’s a different experience than other hotels but when we visited ( January ) it was just perfect, it was not too busy, it was mostly locals and we thoroughly enjoyed the sunny days. Great sea view from the malvenu and even better from the lobby, the restaurant is very small- be aware that you need to state what time you’ll be having dinner as they can’t accommodate more than their capacity for dinner. "Such a beautiful hotel and great location, in the old town and just a few minutes from the beach, shops and the bus to the airport. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with a comfortable bed. There’s a nice cafe for breakfast too. Highly recommend. "

"Everywhere is very clean, apartment bit dated but has everything you would expect for the money, the balcony is massive and on the 14th floor you have a bit of seaview, only real complaint is how uncomfy the bed was tried the pull out as well all very well used so springs in your back apart from that would stay again of they promise to give me a better mattress "

"For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly."
