"The hotel was quite good the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a bit of a way out of the centre but that was not a problem for us. The children's pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable. I would stay here again."

"It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay with everything organised as per commitment. Clean and neat apartment with access to most tourist places easily.. there was no one to receive us and I was a bit anxious first but all instructions given with such good clarity that we no issues whatsoever! "The staff at the hotel were amazing and very accommodating. They were super friendly and all spoke good English. The room was clean and quiet even though we were near the elevator. It was in walking distance to where we wanted to go and to the tram station. We really enjoyed the breakfast. This is not a typical Spanish hotel , it has more of a North American vibe."
