"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were nice. Everything except the air conditioning in our room was nice. The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail. "I could write many paragraphs on the Romanos but I will stick to the highlights. It is a very good hotel - perhaps not quite exceptional, but very good in many areas. Combined with the Westin it is large - we went late October which was perhaps fractionally late for sunbathing (though it was about 25 degrees between 11-4 so good for lying by the pool or on the beach) - but perfect golfing temperature.
