Villa Kamaria (2016) is a luxury holiday home with a private swimming pool. There are three terraces. The villa is located in a beautiful olive grove. The terrace upstairs has a beautiful view over the valley and the village of Finiki. The luxurious kitchen diner is fully equipped including clean drinking water. On the same floor are the cozy living room, a toilet, a luxurious bathroom and the master bedroom with doors opening onto the terraces with a sea view.
All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets.

2 bedrooms with large terrace with luxury bathroom are on the first floor. From all rooms you have a beautiful view of the sea and the valley.

Both bedrooms have two separate box springs, which can be connected, and have a closet.

A washing machine is available in the garage.

Villa Kamaria stands in the middle of the Natura 2000 nature reserve, in a valley with unobstructed views and a serene tranquility.

You can walk to the Greek tavern Apolafsy.
At 2 kilometers you will find the village of Evangelismos, where you will find an authentic Greek village tavern, and a mini supermarket.

Ideal for families who want to have their own villa together, but still. You also book Villa Elia. These houses are in the same area.

Lovely house. Beautiful views.
We had a wonderful week based in this lovely holiday house. The views are stunning. The house is very modern and well equipped with lots of crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is everything you need to prepare, cook and serve food. The nice big shady terrace is a great place to eat. So is the little taverna a 10 min walk away down the track. The air conditioning worked well but because of the very efficient insect screens we were able to leave windows open and take advantage of the natural cooling breeze and rarely used it. The addition of drinking water on tap was a real bonus. Our hosts were excellent - friendly and helpful. We would love to return.

Wonderful villa. Close to a great beach.
My wife and I stayed at the villa for a week in September. The villa was very clean and the owners easy to deal with. The description on VRBO is accurate. The villa is located with a few others in a quiet olive grove in the small hamlet of Kamaria. The kitchen was quite well-equipped and nicely laid out. The bathrooms and showers were both spacious and there was lots of hot water. The bed we used was quite comfortable. The pool was still reasonably warm at this time of year, despite being unheated. It is big enough to swim a bit. The only issue we had with the villa was the slow wifi. It is good enough for email, but not all our phone apps would work over it. There is a very nice large unspoiled beach with sandy bottom and gradual entry nearby. The village of Finakounta has a good supermarket with most things you need. Although it is possible to walk to the beach and the supermarket, unless you are quite fit you will find the walk back up hill to the villa hard, especially if it is hot. A car is recommended. There are many interesting historic places to visit, such as the castles in Methoni, Pylas and Koroni and Nestor's Palace in Ithoni. Further afield is the ancient city of Messene. The town of Koroni is interesting place to walk around. We would recommend the villa without reservation.

Exceptional Villa ins a Stunning Location
This villa has been designed and constructed to an unusually high standard. The interior fittings are of all of high quality and the decor has been chosen with considerable flair and forethought. The pool is a good size and being a full flood design you can actually enjoy the view while swimming! The view itself is wonderful reaching across the hills and down to the sea and islands beyond. Joanna, the owner is very helpful and lives nearby. This currently rates as the best overall villa we have rented and some of the others were very good indeed

Wonderful Villa
This is one of the best villas we have stayed in. Wonderful views, very clean and well fitted out. Great location for exploring the area or just sitting around the pool doing nothing. The pool is lovely, always warm and wonderful to either swim in or laze about and escape the heat.

Heerlijke plek
Villa Kamaria is een heerlijke vila op een rustige plek Joke en Hans zorgen er voor dat alles in orde is en zijn prettige eigenaren die echt voor je klaar staan. Het huis voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen en het infinnity zwembad is echt heerlijk. Eigenlijk is het een plek die je het liefst met niemand wilt delen om verborgen te houden. Als je van rust en stilte houd is dit een ideale plek om te verblijven. Er zijn goede restaurants in de buurt die ook in nov nog open zijn en leuke schone stranden.

Sehr schöner Urlaub !!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, Villa wie beschrieben, Empfang superfreundlich, die Lage ist für alle die im Urlaub Ihre Ruhe wollen ideal, alles andere kann man erfahren. Wetter war gigantisch ( mit über 40 Grad schon etwas viel) aber der Pool bietet jederzeit Abkühlung. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Villa
Wir verbrachten als Paar 2 schöne Wochen in dieser wundervollen, toll und perfekt ausgestatteten Villa. Es gibt immer Sonne und Schatten durch die überdachte Terrasse, einen großen Sonnenschirm und den wunderbaren Pool. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle einen eigenen Ausgang auf die Terrasse und die Balkone, zu schätzen wussten wir die Fliegengitter und Klimaanlagen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber Joke und Hans, die uns liebevoll empfangen haben und jederzeit für Fragen für uns da waren. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Une villa où rien ne manque et ou tout a été imaginé pour le bien être des locataires ! L’espace piscine est juste parfait et la vue des terrasses ou de l’espace repas extérieur est à couper souffle, on ne s’en lasse pas ! Difficile de quitter la villa le dernier jour !

Wonderful villa with great pool and beautiful views
We loved that it was quite remote and quiet, and yet very easy to get to Finikounda, Methoni and even Gialova. The kitchen was very well equipped and we ate our meals on the shady balcony overlooking the pool. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very much appreciated and we made use of the washing machine in the basement too. All in all a great villa. We'd love to come back!

Lovely clean modern villa with all mod cons. It's located in a very quiet area, The only noise around is from the insects....very peaceful. The owners are very accomodating nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended & we will return. So glad we could experience a stay here.

wieder ein Traumurlaub!
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal mit unserer 5-köpfigen Familie dort und haben es wieder sehr genossen. Die neue Süßwasserdusche am Pool ist sehr angenehm ebenso wie der Wind/Sonnen/Sichtschutz auf der Terrasse mit dem Essplatz. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und prima ausgestattet. Die Lage etwas oberhalb der Küste ermöglicht Meerblick, mit dem Auto ist man in kürzester Zeit an wunderschönen Stränden. Vielen Dank an Joke und Hans und ihre Helfer!

wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer
Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, geschmackvoll aber auch zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet bis zu 6 Personen bequem Platz. Der großzügige Pool sorgt für Abkühlung und Spaß für die Kinder. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Strände und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Da das Haus abgelegen im Olivenhain liegt, benötigt man allerdings einen fahrbaren Untersatz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Joke und Hans für die herzliche Betreuung!

Geweldig huis met een fantastisch uitzicht
We hebben er een heerlijke week gehad. Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. De eigenaren zijn erg aardige mensen en gaven tips wat er allemaal in de buurt te doen was. Het zwembad had een heerlijke temperatuur en het uitzicht was geweldig! Je zit midden in een natuurgebied en het was er heerlijk rustig. Dit huis is absoluut een aanrader!

Familienparadies
Wir verbrachten als Familie mit 3 Kindern (10-15J) einen Traumurlaub dort. Die Lage ist perfekt: Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb der Küste mit herrlichem Meerblick. Es ist freistehend mit Terrasse in Südausrichtung und Balkonen rundherum, so gibt es immer Sonne, wenn man möchte, und ebenso Schatten durch einen überdachten Balkon oder den großen Sonnenschirm. Zum täglich geöffneten, gut sortierten Supermarkt (u.a. frische Backwaren) sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Strände von Finikounda und Methoni sind ebenfalls schnell erreicht, außerdem findet man dort zahlreiche Tavernen (unser Lieblingsrestaurant: Taverna Kastro in Methoni direkt neben der Festung). Für Kulturinteressierte ist Messene in 1,5 Std. und Olympia in 2,5 Std erreichbar, für Naturfreunde die Wasserfälle von Polilimnio in1 Std. Das Haus ist sehr gut und durchdacht ausgestattet: Das Mobiliar im ganzen Haus ist neu und hochwertig, in den Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlage, die Bäder haben große Duschen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um für eine Familie zu kochen. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern versehen und können mit Fensterläden abgedunkelt werden. Von jedem Schlafzimmer aus kann man auf einen Balkon direkt ins Freie gehen. Das Internet ist schnell und stabil. Die Krönung ist der saubere große Pool, den wir ausgiebig nutzten. Er liegt direkt vor dem Haus und ist mit schönen Sonnenliegen versehen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch: Vom Treffpunkt aus fuhren sie mit uns den Weg zum Haus, wo uns gekühlte Getränke erwarteten. Sie zeigten uns alles, gaben uns hilfreiche Tipps und bemühen sich ständig das Haus noch zu verbessern. Auch waren sie jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Da sie selber nur wenige Kilometer entfernt wohnen, kennen sie sich bestens vor Ort aus. Vielen Dank Joke und Hans, wir möchten gerne wieder kommen!

top vakantiehuis en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Geen woord wat niet klopt aan deze vakantiewoning. Alles is zeer mooi afgewerkt en ziet er allemaal heel nieuw uit. We hebben veel gekookt en alles was ruim voldoende aanwezig. De woning was in een nette staat en er ontbrak ons helemaal aan niks. Het uitzicht is prachtig richting de zee en de diepe dalen. Er is geen bebouwing, waardoor je echt helemaal tot rust komt. Jammer wat het zwembad nog een beetje fris was, maar toch hebben we het even geprobeerd......... door de ligging voelden we ons even helemaal alleen op deze wereld zo heerlijk midden in de natuur. Qua cultuur was er meer dan genoeg te zien, we zijn naar methoni en pilos geweest waar heel veel moois is te zien. Wandelen in de buurt is in deze periode ook heel erg aan te raden. Alles is op dit moment in bloei. Het eten in de avond was heerlijk, vooral in methoni zaten een paar heerlijke tentjes. Iedereen is er vriendelijk en dat maakt een avond goed. Weg van de massa toerisme is dit zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
