"Beautiful location, very good home with good size rooms. Disappointed with the basement rooms pool table a waste of time and out door chairs very uncomfortable and no hot tub as on the itinerary when book as now removed. Pool is fantastic and but parasols two not useable which was need with the beautiful weather. Lack of WiFi was very disappointing."

"Wonderful location with splendid views over river from large room. We extended to 8 nights so obviously good but tiny tiny wardrobe so clothes around room. However , we saw other rooms had much larger later so should have asked to change. Excellent overall"

"I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. It is VERY FAR from Agen, not in Agen as listed on the hotels.com site. The pool was covered for the night and opened at 8am the next morning. ...

"I booked here for a week but left after one night. It was full of bugs and there was blood on my sheets. It resembles an American motel where a serial killer would take people to kill them. Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Disgusting!"

"Good clean reasonably priced fairly new modern hotel with it’s own large secure car park. Comfy bed, good size shower/bathroom, tv & kettle, which is great. Some great artwork (by S.Binet) along the carpeted stairs/corridors, very nice touch. Breakfast was approx euro 11/Pers, which is a fair price, with plenty to choose from, they even supplied gluten free products for my coeliac wife, thank you!"

"This is a very good hotel--comfortable room, lovely dining room with a glass top like a conservatory. I had two different dinners and both were excellent. All of the staff were very helpful and accomodating. it is very well located, and within easy walking distance from the Place Nationale downtown area. I recommend it highly."

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Most of the staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is nice, but the hot food is not hot, the sausages, bacon, vegetables are all cold. We stay there 7 nights with 2 rooms. There was no shower gel in one of the room, they keep forgot it, I got my shower gel on the third day. "Lovely original French farmhouse in a quiet rural part of France. House was exceptionally well equipped and larger than the photos indicate. Especially liked the large, well cared for pool and the various outside seating areas that allowed for lots of outdoor meals. Nearby town, only 15mins drive has some nice local shops for croissants etc. if we can, we would like to go back one day"

The house is really nicely set up to allow for entertaining and relaxing; the pool is the perfect temp, the house is cool during hot days and the living room and kitchen are spacious and well laid out. "The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. The property owner was really helpful with all our questions and responded really quickly. If I’m being picky due to the heatwave we would have appreciated. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"The place we stayed in was absolutely spot-on. Everything that it said on the VERBO web site was correct. Everything in the gite function correctly.The place was comfortable and clean and the location was perfect, Quiet in the French country side in amongst orchards and vineyards.
