Disappointed with the basement rooms pool table a waste of time and out door chairs very uncomfortable and no hot tub as on the itinerary when book as now removed. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. "Good clean reasonably priced fairly new modern hotel with it’s own large secure car park. Comfy bed, good size shower/bathroom, tv & kettle, which is great. Some great artwork (by S.Binet) along the carpeted stairs/corridors, very nice touch.
