Check in was fast and friendly. The room was clean but there was only decaffeinated coffee available. This hotel served our purpose for a obe night stay. I'd say it's mainly for business travellers as the location is off a very busy road in an industrial area. Recommended for business stays but definitely not a holiday hotel.

Reception staff member was very helpful, I arrived late and they provided useful local information on restaurants. Room was clean and tidy - tea / coffee was very welcome after a long drive.

Comfortable, spotless and good value
This hotel was exactly as advertised. It is much better than the average motorway stop with regards to comfort, really comfy bed and an excellent shower. Seamless check-in and pleasant staff. We did not eat here, but walked to the nearest eatery which was an American style diner which was fine but there were not great footpaths etc in the immediate area. We were too tired to get into the car again and so missed out on the local town. I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable stop.

Like it's name, comfortable. The heater was a bit odd. Not hard to figure out exactly; it had clear instructions in several languages. But after turning it on and the temp up, it didn't do anything, so I kèpt fiddling with it. But then I thought maybe the fan doesn't start blowing until it has heated itself up for a few minutes, so I waited. That was it. That was really the only flaw to the room, and it was just confusing because I didn't have this review to explain it. So you're welcome. :)

En sortie d’autoroute mais accueil et confort top
Excellent accueil avec du personnel très sympathique. Chambre confortable et décor de l’établissement très agréable. Petit bémol avec le bruit extérieur puisque la sortie d’autoroute est toute proche et le rond point en façade très fréquenté - possibilité de se restaurer vraiment pratique !

Dommage que le petit-déjeuner fût de mauvaise qualité, pas digne d'un Best-Western. à 8h00 il restait 3 demi-baguettes (pain surgelé très bas de gamme) dur et sec. Aucun autre pain. Mini-crêpes surgelées de mauvaise qualité, yaourts industriels Danone.
