"We had 14 people stay throughout the weekend. Plenty of room to join the fun or find a quiet space. The views were stunning and kitchen was well appointed. Everyone slept wells so the beds are great. You have a small town about 4 miles away were you can pick up items you may need. Harris Teeter is 12 miles away. Great stay! Vonda "

"Gayfield Manor is an adventure in history and about family. We had the opportunity to stay in the “Scientist’s Suite.” Looking at the pictures, leafing through the books, the pieces to the puzzle began to connect. Thank you for sharing all the memories of your family and your accomplished relative. Father?"

"Hilldale Farmhouse has a lot of history and beauty. We had a family wedding with folks traveling from Fl. we all wanted to stay in one place. It was perfect. What I did not realize was the porch with the two twin beds was only screened in. Since this was the case we had a couple folks sleeping on couches. Other than that it was wonderful. "

"Grew up in the area; so nothing new. Place is easy walking distance to downtown. Comfortable. "

"We enjoyed the beauty of nature and farmland around the farmhouse, also the unique blend of old and new in the house itself. We were visiting family in the area and this gave us a lovely place to come “home” to."

"Tip of the hill was a great place to stay! All needs were met staying here. Laura was great and communicated well. We had family arrive from NYC, Maine, Arizona and Ohio. Great central location for Fall wedding nearby."

"Waterford is far enough away from Washington, but close enough to make a weekend getaway easy. And staying at Scarlet Springs Farm for the weekend was truly the icing on the cake. And Laura and her family made our stay even better. The house is well appointed - fantastic kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful views from back deck. This is a wonderful location to visit so many interesting vineyards, farm stands, nurseries, and some very nice restaurants in Purcellville. We look forward to visiting...

"It's was great. We visited family in the area. And had our family Christmas together at this place. We played ping pong and pool when we where there. Great location for dogs. Plenty of space to run and play. The house was great as well. Plenty of space for everyone."

"We had a fantastic stay at the property. The home is very charming and the pool is great. The location was also really nice. Close to wineries and hiking. Two points of feedback are that the dishes were visibly dirty upon arrival and all of the mattresses need to be replaced. Everyone in the group slept poorly and noted that the mattresses were uncomfortable. The master bedroom should likely also have a larger bed."
