"This place was exactly what we needed. Even in February, which is not the most pleaant of months, this was a glorious spot. Lovely and quiet, with great views of the stars. Best of all, it is located within walking distance of some great pubs amid gorgeous countryside. The accommodation is spotless, comfortable, and well laid out. The outdoor bath is great fun and a really nice touch. We would definitely recommend this place and will be back again to enjoy it ourselves. "

"As described, this is a lovely little garden room with a private outlook from the excellent balcony. The host was extremely nice and helpful, and it is very convenient for the frequent buses into Brighton. Nice takeaway food nearby too."

"Stayed for 2 nights with our 2 pugs. Cabin was exactly as described. Weather was terrible so had takeaways rather thsn outside cooking facilities. Cabin and enclosed patio are small but perfect for break and right on seafront so location is spot on. Sharon the host was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again if in area. Bonus points for bathroom toiletries which were 10/10!"

"Alice was an exceptional host. The property was clean, well furnished and in a lovely quiet location. Transport was easy with parking provided. 5* to the property! The only issue I had was mobile signal but this obviously isn't an issue with the place or host!"
