"The hotel building and facilities are relatively new. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of varieties. Make sure you ask for a room with window view of the theme park. The view of the lights of the theme park and people playing in the theme park is gorgeous. There's the new big mall Central icity just 3 mins walking distance from the hotel. I LOVE this mall, it has everything you would need or want to buy. The mall is also very spacious, lots of shops and dining areas, and very clean as well. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I love the experience."

"The hotel is very close to the Sunway Lagoon waterpark which is the main reason we selected this hotel. It is also very right next to the Sunway Pyramid mall so very close to shopping and dining. There was some confusion with room booking and I had to upgrade ours to the family room to ensure we get 2 double bed. I suggest to ensure webpage does not allow the wrong selection since it is not a good feeling to have to pay more once you get there. The family room is quite nice. They provided robes and slippers for kids as well and they also have bath soap for kids. My one complain is they do not refresh the water bottles they provided which doesn’t make sense to me. I get that I might not get more bottles per day but since I am staying multiple nights, they should refresh daily. "

"Nice and comfortable deluxe studio with a fully functional kitchenette.Very spacious with king size bed with airconditioning. Comes with washing machine and dryer. Easy access to eateries and LRT station. Shopping mall within walking distance."
