"I didn't received the room upgrade, instead they gave me free breakfast buffet and lounge access. Helpful and friendly staffs. This hotel is within walking distance of Petronas towers and 2 very nice shopping centers. This hotel is a true 5 start hotel. "

"The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards."

"This is a great option for solo travelers, friends and families, for business or leisure. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is warm welcoming and very courteous. The location is great for checking the Petronas twin towers, going shopping or having some nice meals or accessing entertainment at night. I would love to visit again and would totally recommend to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur."
