"We were in town for a swim meet. It was a quiet neighborhood. We were able to take back road to the aquatic center to avoid traffic. The proximity to shopping was great for down time. We loved being able to have our dog with us. "

"We were in town for our son’s college graduation. There 4 adults and 3 kids. Additionally, several more family members joined us at the graduation ceremony for dinner at the property and we were all comfortable. The home was nicely decorated, clean, and had plenty of space. The property manager responded promptly when the alarm was malfunctioning and resolved it right away. We would definitely consider this property again "

"Big enough for everyone to have their space. Loves the pier, even though it was cold fishing poles were out and fire going!!"

"This is a spacious home located on a scenic section of the Elk River. Guests may want to be aware that the road in to the property is rural and may not be suitable for all vehicles. Also the driveway is steep, so it's probably not ideal for those with elderly or limited mobility guests. Overall, an excellent place to unwind in a quiet and scenic waterfront environment. Also, it's a little ways out of town, so be sure to bring what you need with you as stores and restaurants are a few miles...

"Isiah was the Absolute Best and most accommodating renter ever. We had to come down here for an emergency situation and he was so kind! Communication was top notch. He even called a couple times to get me information I needed. Some of our family members will be making a trip down here soon and they are hoping that one of Isiah’s properties will be available. "Nice place. Everything was clean and very comfortable. For those who are handicapped, be aware that some units are on the second or third floor. The only way to get up to the upper levels is by climbing concrete steps that are outside. There is no elevator."
