We like the easy beach access, kitchen, washing machine, the pools and how they are orientated on the property, ocean view, and ease of walking access to local stores and restaurants. The property might not be as fancy as some others in the areas but it makes up for it with it's location and amenities. This time our room was a little smaller but more updated than last time. "We had the best time here. The property is right on the beach and has everything you need to be comfortable. It has a kitchenette, comfortable beds, AC, patios and a swimming pool. It’s also right next door to the cutest coffee shop (Island Vibes) and snorkel shop. Everything you need. Also walking distance to the Gazebo restaurant. Napili bay is calm and we saw sea turtles at the black rock point. Fantastic spot, family friendly, we will be back! "

"Good location, easy access to neighboring properties for breakfast. Very tropical entrance and ocean view with lots of sea life to see. Turtles daily, dolphins swam by daily at 3:45 pm and whales blowing spouts of water in the morning hours, even seen a sea lion swim by one day. Listen to the ocean waves when going to sleep and waking up. Staff was very helpful."

"We booked two condos for a family vacation. Both were clean with great views and air conditioning.…one was updated furnishings and tile throughout…one was outdated furniture and carpet..they are individually owned so you don’t know what you’ll get. Views were spectacular. Location was amazing…food trucks 5 minute walk and other stores as well. Definitely stay again. "

"I’m giving this good ratings but I did want to comment on a few issues. Overall, we enjoy this place and it was our 2nd time back. We stayed in room 823. The toilet in the master was not working right and I noticed it right away when we arrived. It had a small bit of water running all the time so it always made noise. My 2nd complaint with this unit was that there were a lot of small/medium size cockroaches all over. I probably killed 15-30 of them but it didn’t seem to make a difference....

"My family and I had a fantastic time at Nate's villa at the Westin. The villas were spacious and well maintained -- we even had an ocean view from our balcony which was a major benefit. The resort itself was beautiful, had great amenities, and was in a perfect location for all the activities we had planned. Nate was a fantastic host -- he was extremely responsive and helpful, and provided some great recommendations. He was also able to solve some VRBO website issues quickly and provided updates...
