"This is an adults-only property. I booked this in haste without learning this piece of information, which was entirely my fault. The owners were very gracious about handling my mistake and I'm grateful to them. It's a lovely location with great facilities. If you're looking for adults-only lodging you should definitely stay here. If that's NOT what you're looking for, please be smarter than me and stay someplace else."

"Our family had an amazing spring break overnight at Sea Gate in Vieques, Puerto Rico, and I highly recommend it! From the start, owner Kelly was incredibly communicative, making sure everything was set up perfectly for our arrival and offering great local tips. The staff was warm and welcoming, always eager to assist with any requests, which made us feel truly at home. The hotel was incredibly accommodating, offering spacious rooms and thoughtful amenities that made our stay so relaxing, especially with young kids. The peaceful atmosphere and prime location close to amenities and ferry terminal made it the perfect family base."

"This was a gem of a find. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The hospitality was unmatched in every way. The ocean views were spectacular. A perfect place to stay if you’re looking for an island getaway. No TV’s and the WiFi is spotty but that was really OK. Highly recommended. "

"The room caught us by surprise, it was all cement finished walls throughout. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was updated. We had a small balcony, it was perfect. There was no TV in the room, which was great because we were there to enjoy the scenery not to watch TV. It had a 24 hour access to the rooftop area with a 6 person jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and they even had books to read and board games to play with in the hallway before entering the rooms. My wife and I loved it, we will definitely stay there again in the near future. "

"The place is a bit off the beat and track, but our room was more than I expected. It was quite nice. We only stayed for a night before taking a ferry to Culebra, but they have very nice grounds and pools to take advantage of if you stay a while. Coffee and a few breakfast items available at the smoothie shop on the property."

"The resort is beautiful. The infinity pool and beachfront are gorgeous! We loved being able to walk on the beach and swim in the pool 24 hours a day! We were only there for 1 night and would like to come back in the future. Lilliam, our host/receptionist, is truly a gem at this resort! She was friendly, helpful, and allowed us to use the amenities before check-in and that made all the difference for us since we did not have our own transportation. Flexibility was much appreciated. She also helped us get transportation at check-out when our other drivers fell through. Thank you so much Lilliam! Restaurant, bar, and staff were not what we expected and need to be improved to provide an exceptional FULL-resort quality experience. More servers, faster service, higher quality food needed to make this resort experience better! Rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. Some much needed renovations could make it even better. "
