"We had a wonderful time at Sea Gate! Kelly and Penny were both very helpful with directions and making recommendations for restaurants, car rentals, beaches, etc. We stayed for 4 nights and at first we had a bit of culture shock regarding the town. That was totally on us and we quickly felt safe and at home. The locals are lovely, hard working people and we loved interacting with them and hearing about the pride they have in their community. My absolute favorite part of our trip were the horses. I’ve loved riding my whole life and seeing all of the beautiful wild horses around the island and then riding Penny’s rescue horses around the town and to the beach was a dream come true. Highly recommend this hotel and horse ranch to everyone looking for a wonderful adventure!"

"The room was spotless, comfortable, and location, location, location! The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from all of the restaurants in Esperanza. The owners of the property are extremely welcoming, kind and provided a ton of great recommendations for things to see and do while on the Island. We will definitely stay there again!"
