"Nothing this hotel states it offers on Expedia is true. Bar/restaurant, breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, free water, daily house keeping, and airport shuttle. The day I reserved the hotel I messaged the hotel a week in advance of my stay stating I would be requesting airport shuttle. Finally called the hotel to which the woman stated she didn’t get the message then changed her tune when I was upset and said we don’t have a driver. Finally arriving to our room 204 and the WiFi DOENT WORK...

"The property is really cool, nice room, cool pool and bar and adorable animals everywhere. You just need to take transportation to get to food or ATM. Nothing is walking distance.8"

"Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. Our first room had an issue with hot water. The staff were quick to change our room and all was good. Staff are polite and helpful. Hotel is VERY clean and pretty new looking. Room was spotless. Breakfast was good with a number of options. For the money this hotel was a bargain. Highly recommended. "

"I particularly liked the Crepe lady, her service, she pays attentions to details of crepe, she makes. The breakfast and the way access to the pool from rooms was the highlights. I would definitely recommend others to this property. Just like my friend recommended me."

"Good location, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to airport. Hotel arranged the transfer to airport and El Nido with reasonable price. Room was clean, although didn’t have hot water for shower but it was ok for me. Breakfast was reasonable, included. Staff were friendly, smiles and helpful. It was a good option for me to have stop over in puerto princesa for underground river tour and honda bay tour."
