Balai gives a chance to unwind alone and everything is preplanned once you ask, for instance, the sauna and spa is booked an hour at a time so no one needs to share. The amenities offered in the rooms are excellent. The facilities are clean and nothing suggested is too much. The food options were good too. Highly recommend for a retreat type feel."
