"Clean, quaint, remodeled hotel on hill which offers a nice view of Puerto Natales. 5 minute walk to bus station which was very convenient for bus trip to both the Torres del Paine park entrance and Puntas Arenas. Staff was very nice and the breakfast offered lots of healthy options. Only downside was the downtown area is about a 15 minute walk and the dogs around this neighborhood bark all night but I think that is an issue everywhere because the dogs sleep all day on the front yards/porches...

"Absolutely loved this hotel! It was the perfect cozy stay for 3 of us girls traveling to Patagonia! The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice feature. The staff and front desk are so welcoming and go above and beyond for the guests. The restaurant had great food and even offered room service for the long days after we hiked. Overall loved this hotel and would highly recommend! "

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Water service was interrupted one of the nights which was a great inconvenience after a long day to not be able to shower or even flush the toilet. The hotel is far from downtown and since is technically a different town taxis charge extra to/from this location. The view from the hotel Is beautiful but it isn’t a nice area to walk around. "

"Good location and a nice place to stay. Staff were very friendly, helpful and inviting. The cons were no elevator if you have a lot or heavy luggage. Also the room we stayed in got very warm and no way to control temperatures by individual room... none that i can find at least so it was inconvenient and uncomfortable trying to sleep. I open the window then a lot of bugs entered the room. "
