The hospitality and service was above and beyond anywhere else we've stayed and kudos to the chef. We ate there three nights in a row and every meal was absolutely fantastic. "A beautifully kept hostel with the most welcoming, accomodating host. We stayed before and after our W trek and couldn’t have asked for a smoother check in/out process despite the very early/late times involved. The showers are hot with great pressure, good heating, breakfast can be packed to go if your activities start early, short walk to town centre and bus central, on a quiet street, and host does his best to assist you along your activities. Would definitely stay again. "

"Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food was fine, not spectacular, but good. My only minor complaint was that our room was next to the stairs and it was very loud when people would come up/down. However, this didn't really bother our sleep. It is out of town, but it was super easy to get a cab/uber and was walkable in nice weather. But being out of town meant a quiet hotel with an amazing view. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel! It was the perfect cozy stay for 3 of us girls traveling to Patagonia! The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice feature. The staff and front desk are so welcoming and go above and beyond for the guests. The restaurant had great food and even offered room service for the long days after we hiked. Overall loved this hotel and would highly recommend! "
