The rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on my balcony at sunset. "

Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). "This is a family-owned and run hotel that is next to their restaurant and tour business. We soon became family even though we did not speak each others' languages. It is next to the water and pier. We loved sitting out front and listening to the sea lions bark and watch the crabs scurrying about their business. The coveted blue-footed boobie visited each evening."

"The owner is super nice and super friendly. Gave us plenty of tips and advice. 3 minute walk to el malecón which is all but stores and restaurants. Breakfast included fresh cut fruits, fresh juice, fresh coffee, warm bread rolls, scrambled eggs, butter and jam. If we ever go back to the Galapagos, this is where we will stay. "
