He reached out after we arrived to see if we needed anything and very responsive to any requests we had. There was a mix up with the cleaning service he used and all of the towels were still wet and although we found some dry towels still in the dryer Austin dropped off more for us just in case. "We did the typical tourist attractions near Colorado Springs. The house has plenty of room for the 2 of us and was off the main strip so very peaceful retreat."
