"Don’t say it’s a “shared” hot tub when there’s no other way into the backyard from this guesthouse. The hosts has a whole system of their Renjoy company set up as a 3rd party. They have their own 3rd party Renjoy website sent to you once it’s near the day of check in; info & rules of the house and stuff on there. It was a decent stay until I woke up with one bed bug climbing on me. I contacted the host, & they responded very quickly & sent over a bug spray at the door. But I already...

"very friendly, safe neighborhood. Got to see lots of wildlife, the deer were right there in the back yard in the mornings. enough kitchenette to prepare our own food, but close enough to go out too. Host left a nice note and some snacks for us and the wildlife, very good experience"

"The house is convenient to downtown Colorado Springs, making it easy to access everything we needed. There were great dining options within walking distance. However, the home is smaller than the photos suggest. It was clean and decently stocked, but the living room couch was replaced with an uncomfortable IKEA sofa that fits only 4 people closely. The only other seating options are the 3 wooden chairs and 2 decorative chairs in the dining area. All beds were uncomfortable and felt like sleeping...
