"Great stay all round at a good price"

"Bathroom needs some attention, had a bit of a problem over breakfast. It was included in my booking but wasn't available. They gave me a discount on my evening meal to make up for it. "

"Perfectly decent pub accommodation, in a separate building set back from the pub which is ideal in case is worried about noise. Fairly basic facilities (note no toiletries are provided) but a nice touch having a small fridge with free bottled water and proper milk for tea/coffee!"

"This has to be one of the best rooms I have stayed in for a while. And puts some of the major luxury hotels to shame. I stayed in the 'Portland' room which is very quirky and well equipped. Lots of nice touches like hot chocolate. biscuits, bath robes and slippers and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable sofa. It even had a washing machine ! The rooms are next the pub which does great food and a nice breakfast. The staff are very friendly. Thanks. A wonderful stay."

"A wonderful visit to this beautiful, well run and happy pub. Genuinely a delight to spend time here. All the staff are excellent, special recognition to Elijah, Hobbs and Kelly for being above and beyond brilliant. Also, Adam made checking in quick and easy. Car park is handy and the number plate system is very simple to use. Food was delicious (we ate in both evenings) and the chef was very happy to accommodate our special dietary needs. "Great room and very comfortable with all you need. Only thing, shower need looking at, very little water power! The staff and service in the bar, restaurant and for breakfast was excellent. Nice mrenu and stayed here few times abd ss ever the food is fantastic."
