"Location! The location is easily walkable to the Galeria and the Duomo. The hotel room was nice and loved the complimentary wine and snacks. Loved that you could access your netflix account. Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels. "

"The property was ideally located for the station and was a great space which was incredibly clean. The service wasn’t great - our TV was broken and despite being told it would be fixed wasn’t. Our cases weren’t stored on the last day and we had a battle getting the broken kettle replaced."

Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. "Everything about the property was wonderful. The only difficult thing was actually finding the door to go in. There is no sign other than a 1x2 inch sign on the placard beside the gate/door. It looks like a name marker on an apartment building. The room, service,and information provided by the hostess were excellent."

"Great location-handy to Milan central station, good restaurants around (we used the Chinese). Handy to metro and trams. Weather was freezing outside but unit was warm and comfortable. Interaction with company all by email. Not something I’m used to or comfortable with, but it worked perfectly. "

Lovely stay in Milan

"This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location to see the sights of Milan. The city is very walkable (an easy and scenic 10 minutes and you’re in the heart of the Duomo neighbourhood or the cool Brera district). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious although I would suggest going on the earlier side because I found things weren’t replenished very quickly or at all later on. Every staff member I came across was so friendly and helpful though and I just generally really enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend! "
