"I really lucked out booking this property. As a first time solo traveller I didn’t want to stay in an Air B&B as I didn’t want to be totally on my own in a foreign country but hotels were way out of my budget. Communication from the apartments was really good, nice to be able to message them, they were always helpful from check in to check out. "This is a very cute room for the location and allowed us to see the local sites (El Duomo, La Scalla and Leonardo’s Last Supper) within walking distance. The bathroom was large, especially for Europe. The bed was comfortable enough too. However, the one down side was that the service didn’t leave extra toilet paper unless we asked, and when we did they were surprised we needed it "

"This property is a bit of a mixed bag. The self check-in was OK but a little confusing. It depends on your phone workng and being online. The property itself is clean but sparse with not a lot of furnishings. No maid service unless requested which we never tested. No Netflix or English TV.
