"Had a wonderful stay here for our wedding anniversary. Earlier that day we went shopping at the Landing which is just right across the street from the hotel. Upon arrival our room was not yet ready, but staff was very helpful and accommodating while we waited. They gave us 2 free drink vouchers and a coupon for the hotel bar/restaurant for our wait, which is where we had dinner reservations later that evening (best steaks we ever had) I didn’t realize parking wasn’t free and that it would be across from the hotel in a parking garage, just not expecting that part. Overall wonderful experience 10/10 and would stay here again. "

"We loved this place. We were the only ones there so I cannot testify to noise from others. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that there weren't real coffee mugs. They were tiny and made of plastic, so couldn't reheat coffee in the microwave. I just bought a couple at Walmart and got coffee filters to use our own coffee, as they do have some, but it is the typical hotel coffee that I don't really want to drink. The staff was very helpful, the heater was awesome as it was 15 outside but 70+ in our room. Overall, would recommend it and would stay again as the price was reasonable too. I loved that we had our own kitchen and weren't dependent on eating out the whole trip. "

"Perfect location for being in Downtown Branson and close to the Landing. Hotel is dated, but well kept and clean. Breakfast had large variety of offerings compared to many we have had at other locations. Friendly and helpful staff!"
