The location was nice. The first desk staff at check- in were very helpful. I was sad that the hot tub was not working and the pool was not heated during my stay. Also the breakfast attendant did not anticipate the needs of guess and there was several people waiting around to get breakfast items.

Hot tub was not working, hot water in our shower was not working, pool was murky and cloudy and there was rust and rust stains everywhere around the pool area. We tried to call down at the front desk and no one ever answered. Definitely wont stay here again. Quality was lacking at Quality Inn.

We were looking forward to the pool, sauna and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken and the sauna was filled with janitorial products. I literally chose this place over others because of the sauna and price.The pool was cloudy and it didn’t seem like the filter was working. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The floors had old carpet and the pictures showed laminate wood flooring. The pictures were definitely from when the place first opened because everything was worn down and dirty. They did a great job with the breakfast. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was not very clean. Breakfast was not that great. Was charged an extra $2.00 per night over and above what we had booked the room for and when I asked what this was for I did not get an answer. Property is kind of run down. Would not recommend staying here. Very disappointed. Should not have had the higher rating that they show on line. We have been to Branson many times and have stayed in a lot better places than this one.

I did enjoy the location of this property and the large parking lot was nice!! The pool was not heated but was indoors, but the hot tub was lovely. I would definitely stay again.
