"We booked it for our anniversary , it is not a huge hotel, far from the Sorrento central, they have a shuttle from the hotel to town and the other way, the biggest point of this place is the view, View, VIEW, you can’t take your eyes of the balcony and hotel truss, Resturant is glass all around and you would enjoy the view while you are eating. Staff (reception, restaurant waiters, cleaning ladies,…) so helpful and very kind. In total anywhere in Sorrento we were, although people hardly speaking...

"The staff was amazing and very helpful with planning our excursions (hotel pick-up for excursions was a great surprise). We had a balcony with an amazing view though we didn't spend much time in our room to enjoy it. The hotel is far from the main areas of Sorrento with shopping & dining, but the shuttle bus was very convenient and easy to use. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we're fortunate enough to ever make it back to Sorrento."

"Spend three days at Villa Carolina and had a great time with some lovely hosts who could not do enough. The property is set on the hill above sorrento and there is a free courtesy bus. But if you don’t use the bus you need to enjoy lots of steps which is often the case in sorrento anyway. Would recommend "

"Nice relaxing area with tons of parking, great views. Staff is very nice and helpful. 30 minute walk into Sorrento *I always walked down, which they got a neat walkway down the mountain,* but walking back up is another story, recommend the bus that says *Priora* for that. All in all it was a great stay."
