"I had a great experience during my stay at Best Western Salisbury Plaza. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service at the front desk. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about making my experience a positive one. From check-in to check-out, his attention to detail and willingness to help made a big difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again"

"Only Stayed for 1 night. The rooms were nice and comfortable.The only complaint I have there were people talking and laughing really loud right outside our window really late at night, before midnight through after midnight so I was not able to get to sleep until the wee hours of the morning. I didn't complain to the staff. Maybe if I had they may have politely said something to them and they may have been more mindful. Other than that our overnight stay was nice. They had an awesome breakfast and the staff helping with the breakfast was very helpful and kind."
