"My husband and I took my parents after enduring an aneurysm and a minor stroke. My parents loved the house, the view and extreme tranquility. My parents have a Golden retriever and we have a Maltepoo and a chihuahua, the morning walks were exquisite and memorable. At night, we enjoyed a wood fire on our balcony provided by the house management. I truly recommend this home."

"The pirate retreat is a great spot. Yes there could be some fixes here and there but the view and feeling like you’re floating above the waves more than makes up for some deferred maintenance. The retreat I would give five stars but for the overall property I need to deduct one star as there were big parties which took over the rest of the property and made the other amenities that usable. "The property manager David seems he does not know anything about bookings...gave me a wrong room and wanted to charge me extra 300-400 dllS more to get a better room that I originally had payed for. Washer and dryer did not work and Jacuzzi extra charge 20 dllS more that was included in the amenities of my booking..Never going back again "

"Great location, close to Puerto Nuevo, Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe. My siblings, their families and mine got together to celebrate my sister’s birthday, this was the perfect place as it allowed for all of us to be together in one place while also providing different areas to take a break from the crowd and maybe have a nice private conversation. Pool for the kids, jacuzzi for the adults, bonfire by the ocean for the whole family, just what we needed to have a great memorable time !!"

"This house was a perfect place to enjoy a week with family! The pool, spa, and fire pit were enjoyed daily; the kitchen well equipped for many at home meals; the bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable and serene. We were well warned about construction noise, which was the only drawback. Next time those houses will be complete, and we definitely want to return! "Our group consisted of three families with kids ranging from 12 - 20. The house easily fit our group and we loved using the firepit at night. Unfortunately, it was too cold for the pool and spa, maybe next time."
